Flooring & finishes
Supply and install hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl plank and tile. We follow manufacturer instructions for warranties and provide acclimatisation and curing schedules where required.
Doors, fixtures & installations

How we price and schedule
Estimates are itemised and separate materials, labour and subcontractor costs. Variable items are shown with clear allowances and alternatives.
